This is why we offer a variety of services to help you meet your recruiting objectives:

Retained Search / Gold Level

This option is desirable when there is a critical need to be fulfilled in a short period of time.

• A Dedicated Project Team is assigned to the search until its completion.
• All candidate's recruited will be exclusively presented to the client.
• The fee is based on the first year earnings including base, bonuses and commissions plus expenses.
• One third of the fee is due at the signing of the agreement.
• One third is due at the time of the short list of candidate's.
• One third is due 30 days after the presentation of candidates.
• Installments are non-refundable.
   

Priority Search / Silver Level

This option is desirable when there is a critical need to be filled in a timely period and requires a thorough, professional representation in the marketplace.

• A Dedicated Project Team is assigned to the search until its completion.
• All candidate's recruited will be exclusively presented to the client for 30 days.
• The fee is based on the first year earnings including base, bonuses and commissions plus expenses.
• $5,000 is due at the signing of the agreement.
• Balance is due upon offer and acceptance.
• Installments are non-refundable.
• In the event that the position is filled through another source, a credit will be issued.
   

Contingency Search / Bronze Level

This option is recommended for ongoing openings which are not of an urgent nature.  Many clients select this option when a particular profile is constant.

• No financial commitment is required to initiate the search.
• No candidate exclusivity is offered for this search method.
• The fee is based on the first year earnings including base, bonuses and commissions plus expenses.
• Fee is due at completion of search.
