Ad-Select Program
We offer to our valued clients two levels of service under the "Ad-Select"
format.
The first option is "true" ad-select in which our client will forward resumes
of candidates who respond to websites, postings, etc. to us to have us contact
and pre-screen the candidates on their qualifications. We will offer
recruiter's notes and the "Reasons for Match" for the position. We will then
submit that resume to the client, and the client will take responsibility for
the rest of the interview process. The fee for the first option is a flat
fee that will be agreed upon prior to beginning the process.
The second option basically offers all of the value added services that we
provide to our clients including qualifying, attracting, selling the
opportunity, reference checks, employment and salary history, scheduling
interviews, follow-up calls, prepping, debriefing, relocation assistance, offer
negotiation, counter-offer counseling, resignation coaching and on-boarding.
The only difference between this service and our "full-fee" service is that the
candidate was not identified by the team at MRI GlobalSearch. For the
second option, and taking into consideration client's expense for the
identification of the candidate, we offer a discount from the "full" fee.
