Resume

Research shows that you have 10 seconds, sometimes less, to get someone's attention. When employers conduct that first weeding-out process of their stack of resumes, there is very little deep reading going on. Therefore, it is crucial your resume gets right to work selling your skill set and should include the following information:

  • Professional Experience - list each position you have held in reverse chronological order dating back at least ten years describing your responsibilities and accomplishments

  • Other - include your educational background, professional training, accomplishments, licenses, technical skills and languages
